The beads utilize peg boards that hold them all in place for ironing. Luckily for Abbey Chase, the 29x29 peg boards interlock with eachother, so I laid a bunch out next to eachother for the larger piece.
Thank you, friend. 9,000 beads isn't that much, really. I've been doing these for a number of years now, and the process goes a lot faster than it once did. I can lay out beads pretty fast - it's the 3-D stuff that takes awhile, especially the ironing of all those pieces. My A-Team van was close to 20,000 beads.
